"Hello, my name is John Connors and over my life I have had many jobs. Some jobs were to simply to put food on the table. Other jobs were fun but didn’t have much of a future. A few years ago, I found teaching gave me a special joy. I decided to go back to college and become a very good teacher of English for people from other countries. In English we call this English as a second language (ESL). I have a Masters of Education (ESL). I have been teaching ESL for 10 years. And most of my students have been from Asia.
I realize learning a crazy language, such as English, is hard work! In my lessons I try to keep things relaxed. I do not yell or shout. We start by find out what you want to learn. What do you want to do with English? Most of all, I want students to realize, they can do great things!"
