I’m looking for creative ways to recognize outstanding employees beyond the usual plaques and certificates. During my search, I found some interesting options that resemble championship belts, definitely something different! Has anyone used these types of awards in their company?

I'm curious about how well they were received and if they added to team motivation. Corporate Awards don’t always have to be traditional, and I think something bold and fun could really boost morale.
