    Brush Eyelashes

We seldom think about it, but combing your lashes may increase their health and appearance. To keep your lashes long and shiny, brush lightly to distribute your natural oils and break any clumps.

    Careful Fringe Cleaning

To develop longer, thicker lashes, use a mild makeup remover and non-waterproof mascaras (save for weddings and other emotional occasions). Clean lashes every night to remove makeup, mucus, and oil that may harbor bacteria. Use little pressure to cleanse eyelashes.

    Drink Green Tea

Green tea has health benefits from antioxidants and anti-inflammatories. This and caffeine with panthenol soothe eyes, moisten lashes, and promote growth. Using a cotton ball to soak cold green tea and apply it to your lashes is a quick spa treatment that loves your lashes.

    Vitamin E

Like our hair, vitamin E helps our eyelashes, either directly or via food or supplementation. One study found that tocotrienol (vitamin E with antioxidants) pills grew lashes in alopecia patients. More reason to eat wheat germ oil, almonds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, avocados, peanut butter, and fish. An added benefit? Vitamin E protects and boosts omega-3 (see “Feed Your Lashes”).

Using serums may enhance lashes as well as skin. Bimatoprost in Careprost 3ml makes eyelashes thicker, longer, and darker. The "gold standard," Careprost eyelash serum Monthly treatments may sustain benefits beyond 16 weeks. Use a clean brush to apply the treatment twice a day using single-use applicators to avoid fungal or bacterial contamination. Amazing results!
