Thi L. Helfer was born and raised in Vietnam before moving to the United States to pursue higher education. She earned a Master of Laws degree from the University of Southern California and later obtained a Master of Arts in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Aspiring to become a licensed psychologist, she plans to begin a Doctor of Psychology program in the fall of 2025.
Currently residing in Los Angeles, a city celebrated for its diversity, Thi has always sought to contribute to the well-being of the local community, particularly underserved populations. Recognizing the pivotal role English plays in the modern world, she understands the necessity of learning this universal language—not just for immigrants but for individuals globally.
