My name is Lesleigh. I live with my husband in the city of Canberra in Australia. We have three adult children and six grandchildren who are scattered all over the world. I am a retired teacher. For many years I taught children in their early years of Primary school and at the end of my career I taught students enrolled in the Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Canberra. I have been fortunate to have visited Vietnam on two occasions and am now very happy to have the opportunity, through ABVN, to engage with Vietnamese people who wish to develop their English speaking skills.
The A Better Viet Nam project is an invaluable resource which enables students to develop their speaking and listening skills, and their level of understanding, by engaging in conversation with native English speakers.
