Biography
My name is İsmail Can Turan. I am a Turkish citizen and currently live in Turkey. I’ve been teaching English for the last 2 years. I have worked as a teacher in private institutions and did some volunteer teaching in local schools in Turkey. I study at Uludag University in English Language Teaching. I also have a TESOL certificate from Arizona State University. I am fluent in Korean, also fairly good at Japanese, and a beginner in Chinese. I look forward to learning Vietnamese when I come there. I want to learn more about Vietnamese culture through talking with Vietnamese students. I also want to support less privileged students through English and share my wisdom. We can talk about different cultures, learning a new language, music, social rights, personal development, and animals. I have 8 cats at home, so you can guess how much I love animals.
